first go to net2ftp.com
you will se this
1-FTP server = For Example: ftp.0lx.net
2-Username = For Example: 0lx_2799556 ( cpanel user name )
3-Password = For Example: your cpanel password
4-Initial directory = this is the path For Example: /public_html/forums

1-after login you will see

3- click browse and select any Compressed script
